I was training my wife on Friday doing legs things where going just fine we were on are last exercise (seated leg presses) I was on my last set rep 8 everything felt great I felt strong decided to go for 2 more reps. Well I brought the sled down pretty deep it was only 550lbs and began to press up I would say right about 2/3rds of the way up i heard a snap or like knuckles cracking and my right legs just blew out sideways. the weight droped and I just rolled to the floor on my stomach. Fuck my poor wife saw the whole thing and she knows I train like a beast, she was like OMG babe, babe, babe are you alright? I just laided there taking inventory. I was not sure if my hip blew out or WTF. I slowly rolled to my back and just rested for a second. I realized it was my groin or something. So my wife helped me to my feet where i stood and could walk but the pain was there. Long story short 2 days later I wake up to a bruise that covers the entire right side of my dick and balls. I went to my sports med Dr and I will be getting an MRI Thursday so we will see how bad it is. I can train upper body so thats good I have 3 weeks left in my cycle. What a way to end a good cycle.
