My chest problem

My arms and delts CLEARLY overpower my chest..........I have pretty decent arms, delts and abs, but my pecs look rather small in comparison....esp. at 8-9%bf......funny thing is, chest is the only bp that I hit twice a week (day 1 and day 6)...anyways, curious as to what I need to do to get it to grow...I'm sure someone will say do chest once and by itselfs, but I've tried.....also, tried just focusing on inclines, with no luck.....hmmm.....

i seriously seen my best pec growth from only benching on chest day. None of the accessory shit, just straight benching, and only once a week
 
ya know...thats prob. the only thing I've never done...I've done all inclines, i've done all dumbells, ive done 30+ sets, i've done 4-5 sets, i've done all flys...lol....my chest responds (i.e. benching 350 for 2-3) but doesn't look full..or at least as full as my delts and arms....maybe it's my diet? low carbs, usually under 150mg....havent cheated in years.....maybe I need a full day of gorging.I mean I eat peanuts and use ff cool whip and/or splenda to satify my cravings, but don't count that as cheating........

Do you do dips?

For me I found that dips really helped with the overall shape in a way that makes my whole chest look different.
 
Bro I had a good freind with the same problem. Try Prexhaustion, a heavy to medium isolation exercise then 10 deep breaths and right to a heavy compound exercise for example:

Heavy to medium low incline dumbell flys

10 deep breaths

Heavy barbell press wether its flat or incline doesnt matter.

Also try what NYBodyguard said to try throw in some deep dips. Something else you could also try which made a world of difference for me was static stretching for 30-60 seconds. If that doesnt make your chest feel a little fuller its genetics bro!
