My arms and delts CLEARLY overpower my chest..........I have pretty decent arms, delts and abs, but my pecs look rather small in comparison....esp. at 8-9%bf......funny thing is, chest is the only bp that I hit twice a week (day 1 and day 6)...anyways, curious as to what I need to do to get it to grow...I'm sure someone will say do chest once and by itselfs, but I've tried.....also, tried just focusing on inclines, with no luck.....hmmm.....
