Our coffee is grinded up into powder, So we boil it and drink it, in america they grind it (not to powder) then they brew it (pass hot water thoughit while fitlered) so basically in egypt we think the mudded coffee itself , not just the hot passed though it.

I am going to make this a sticky for a little wile. I want all the newbs to see what you can do with out juice. His gains were not on a pro level or any thing but they were big. when some newb comes on here saying he is 165-175 and wants to start juicing you guys just give him a link to this thread. Coming to ef and learning how to do things the right way first is how we do it around here.
