Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I've seen some results within the first 6 weeks, while being on for 8 1/2 weeks. After that it seemed to just level off. I will admit that it was the first time using. If you are going to follow the guidelines in BTPB, it too is recommended for just a few weeks. Unless you are in precontest mode, which then I would possibly take it for about two -three months.
