Ypur backne is from your body responing to test you never had. Do Accutane now and you'll never get it again, (I was there). The doc will likely prescribe high does (80mg/ed) which is hell on ya, so get the script and just take a tiny dose for a longer time. I had labs monthly and all was fine with the route. As for test, keep your total test at the top of the range and you won't need to cycle for a long time. Just make sure your doc checks all hormones, E, etc. Your dose actually sounds quite high for HRT. I'm 210lbs and keep at the top of range w/ 100mg/wk.

Ever think the backne could be from infrequency of your injections causing your hormones to fluctuate? A compound like sustanon would be better suited for what you're doing it seems - though they dont prescribe that in the US as far as I know.

Was going to suggest loading some Vit B5 / Pantothenic Acid caps for the bacne. It helps me like crazy when I get hormone related acne (a female thing, but still a hormone thing). Get a bottle at your local GNC or wherever - tends to be relatively cheap and load it for a few days and see if it helps you before you dive into the accutane. Just a suggestion.
