My short story..
started training about 24 months ago..
I sucked at it, couldnt grow, went to the doctor - had very low test (i was 20 years old and my test level was in the 280's)..
i was on 400mg ONCE A MONTH for the first 6 months of my HRT, then I was on 200mg twice a month until july when I moved to 200mg a week.. I got injured in september and lowered my dose to 125mg wk to sustain and not waste the test.. gonna up my dose a bit when I can get back to training @ 100%.
So I'd say this is my progress with 100-150mg/wk.
Goofed around for 6 months and then started actually lifting.. been lifting about 90% for the past 18 months and have jumped frmo 135 lbs to 183 lbs as of today.
here's my back pic -- i scaled everything so that its accurate to be side by side (tattoo is the same size, arms are same length, ears are same).. so its a good comparison.
