week 8-day 1-Chest- Today was very good. Reached personal bests. Worked with the 10-8-8-6/dropset scheme. The fact that I started the week with chest helped and also because of the fact that I eat more on Sunday which usually I eat less because of work. This week is my 2 day chest week. It will be a bit packed as regards upper body workouts since the gym closes on saturday and sunday because of xmas. So my schedule will look like this: chest,arms,shoulders,back,chest high rep, (at the gym)
and legs (at home). I am doing this because I can work legs easily at home but I prefer going heavy on smith machines and heavy bars at the gym. Will see how it goes, but I will up my calories to increase recovery.
