My 10 week Mass cycle Journal. 1 November-January 2011

week 6-day 1-shoulders- This week i am going to work agian with the 10-8-8-5 dropset scheme. next week high rep. Today was very good. I earned a personal best on the military press (95kg 8 reps). The pump was much less painful than the dianabol days. Libido is high and I am hungrier. it can also be due to the fact that I am awake more hours than before since I am working 8 hours a day now. But I increased my food intake too. Temper is a bit better but still pissed off quickly. I dont know about body temperature but this winter I have never felt extremely cold despite the fact that my country isn't actually that cold. But I am feeling much hotter this winter than before.
 
week 6-day 2-chest- Today was good. Was a little fatigued since I had shoulders yesterday but still managed to reach a personal best on the incline press and the Flies machine. (flies are the only exercise I never do with dumbbells since I had an injury that kept annoying me for about 7 months). Appetite is much more present and today I am at my heaviest body weight this year. Will see If I can end the week with the same body weight.
 
week 6-day 4-arms- Today was very good. I confirmed that doing chest after shoulder affected me a bit since I squeezed the same amount of weight on the close bench press as incline press. It is also because I rested my upper body yesterday and also because I have shit chest genetics lol. The pump was very good especially on biceps.
 
week 6-day 5-shoulders-Today I went for the high rep scheme since this was the 2nd day of shoulders. Much less exhausting than going heavy. The thing that annoys me most are the shin splits because of the rapid weight gain. Nothing else
 
week 6-day 6-back-Today was great.had also the time to sleep well before the workout. Back and Legs are the body parts that I never suffer to increase lifts. No back pumps at all
 
week 6-day 7-Legs- Today was very good. Legs are not a problem for me.They are the bodypart that I can clearly see that they improved in the mirror. I ended the week at 206lbs. Last Sunday I was standing at 205.
No negative sides at all. High libido was the most present this week.
