% muscle and fat loss

T-800

New member
when you eat less than the number of calories it takes to maintain your lean body weight, does anyone know what % of the weight lost will be fat and what % will be muscle?

thank you

I think this is dependant on too many things to tell you a specific number.

Diet/training/bf% at start.....and many other factors I can't think of right now. But I think that cals is the most important thing to look at. If you keep your calories high enough and don't try to lose too much fat at once you can preserve a lot of your muscle
