OK everyone... this will be my log for my EF 90-day body transformation contest...
i am absolutely honored to say that i have been chosen for sponsorship by needo, through mr. supps supplement store... i could not have done this without his help, and plan on putting in my best work to make him proud...
OK... now down to business...
the cycle looks like this:
1-12 test e 250mg, 2xwk
1-10 tren a 100mg eod
1-10 proviron 50mg ed
4-7 t-3 12.5mcg ed
8-12 t-3 25mcg ed
6-12 need2slin, 1 cap 3xday before meals
12-18 forma-stanazol, 5 pumps both am and pm
12-16 unleashed and post cycle combo, 1 cap of each 3xday
12-14 HCGenerate 5 caps ed...
...the diet plan will vary, but typicaly look like:
Breakfast

5 slices turkey bacon
12 egg whites
1 banana

Post Workout

Lunch #1

6oz chicken breast
sweet potato fries -baked
1cup fat free milk

1st Break @ Work

4oz. ribeye
medium size yam
1cup fat free milk

...which pretty much adds up to 3500 calories, 50p/20c/30f...
if anyone has any better ideas for my diet... feel free to make suggestions... im used to eating lots of junk, pizza, burritos etc... so this will be the hard part for me...

my training involves a lot of leg work... a lot of back work... a lot of benching... well, a lot of heavy lifting... i have spent the last few years training as a powerlifter... my best competition lifts are 501 deadlift, 225 paused bench, 402 squat all raw in competition at a bodyweight of 148...
i have a training log, of the same title, in the weightlifting forum... i have been working on some pretty brutal programs the last month and a half, and this cycle should really help...
my pics are in my gallery and will be updated according to schedule...
recieved gear today... this is some reeeeaaaaaly smooth gear... i could pin this stuff 2xday if i had to... should make for a very comfortable cycle...
OK... well ive been on the diet about a week, training like a madman for a while (check that log out in the weight training forum), and the cycle gets started today...
i will be looking forward to trying out needto's products later on... i have used PP's formastane product in the past and was pleased, and from what i hear around here, needto's is even better...

ok... this gear is absolutely painless as far as im concerned... i may even try a few new spots to pin... for now i am sticking with glutes, vento glute, delts and quads...

Just FYI, most peeps tend to do better using other nuts then penuts. You may wanna check that out with RADAR.

yes, im just trying to keep my sanity right now... when it comes down to the last month there will be no dairy, or peanuts... but for now i am using both peanuts and almonds- unless you think that will ruin my diet- but if i eat a lot of almonds i may get an alergic reaction as i have in the past...
i will also be using olives as a healthy fat source... my wife is lagging on the groceries though... lol...
 
ok, started am fasted cardio today... thankfully i have a jogger stroller, because i have the baby in the morning...
i will be doing fasted cardio in the am on tues, thurs and sat mornings...
because i do my weights m,w,f i wont be able to do it those days... and sundays i go into work at 530am...

This right here fuckin rocks dude. Only 2 things. Your helper needs to get off his ass and be more in tune with you bro, he is not helpin you too dam much.
Also just give this a try. Try em bbr style. By that I mean no pause on lockout. Dont even lockout, bring the weight back to you just shy of lockout. This way you keep constant tension on those quads. I know youre about strength, but for the contest you gotta think looks bro:evil:.

moya bro, the way you do shrugs is not good for you neck. Next time you do them have your partner put their hand behind your head when you are standing there with the weight. Then you will be able to feel not to punch your chin forward the way you do.
Also give power shrugs a shot, you may like them better.

my wife does a much better job spotting, but i wanted her to do the camera... the other trainer that works there does a much better job too...
and i didnt even want help racking the lunges, he just did that on his own...
next week... deadlift vids :evil: ...and that is my specialty...

ok, thankfully they fixed the sauna at the gym... my bodyweight is up to 160 post sauna, and i am still getting leaner...
feel very refreshed sitting in there for about a half hour stretching... glutes a little sore from yesterday, but no real soreness in my quads... they are prettty used to hard workouts, so i am going to have to pick up the pace here...

ok... today was the first day i did not stick to my diet plan 100%... but its because i got a little food poisening from eating a proposedly bad chicken breast... at least thats all i can link it to...
after eating my 3rd meal of the day @work this morning, i felt some seriously sharp pain in my lower abdomen... felt nautious and tried to chuck it up... but i wasnt able to until 4 hours later when i got home... so i missed a meal or two... but feel completely fine now... tomorrow morning the workouts continue as usual, planning on flat bench and back squats for my main lifts, then probably some iso work on the chest... i'll just go by instinct...
ooh, i get to pin 2ml's tomorrow, looking forward to that :evil: ...i just love pinning...

abs starting to come out more... i think i hold more fat in my arms than anywhere else... maybe its water... ive been trying the last few days to get in more water... im getting at least a gallon for sure, but i know i could do better... its hard at work, because if i drink water all day, i have to take a bathroom break like every hour... and the bathroom is like a 7 minute trip back and fourth...
on a positive note, im not really craving pizza and junk anymore...
today my jacked up tuna salad looks like this:
mixed lettuce, green and purples

1/2 tsp olive oil
chopped peppers

chopped celery

this is probably becoming my favorite meal of the day...

its taken a while now...
ive been lifting for at least 8 years... but started off doing a classic chest/tri, back/bi, legs/shoulders routine, each twice a week, 3 sets of 10 on waaay too many exersises.... didnt get very far in the first two or three years...
found EF in around 2005, and started lifting heavier, less often and started eating more (not totally clean)... i did my first powerlifting competition may 31st 2008... it was a local meet here in modesto and i entered the 'deadlift only', won not only my weight class, but overall best lifter award as well... now i have been doing one or two a year... i place at the top localy, but on the national level i have a long way to go... i was actualy invited to the olympia weekend deadlift only event last year, but sat it out because i did not feel i would be up to the competitive level of the other lifters there...
this year i will be working more on my squat though, as i find it has a lot of untapped potential...
my best 3 lift total was done last november in modesto, 1129@148 raw, overall best raw lifter...

im not sure i have the genetics for bodybuilding... we will all see in a couple more months here...

the diet seems to go flawless through the work week... its the weekend (fri sat off) where i find myself scrambling to get meals made and having to grab an extra shake when we are out...

my recovery level is just off the charts... i feel like i could litteraly spend all day pumping iron...
my back isnt even sore anymore from the deadlifts on wed... usualy i feel those up until saturday...

It's almost backwards from what you'd expect. I always thought dieting would be easier on the weekends when you have more time to prepare meals and eat. It's the opposite for me too. I do much better when I'm on a structured routine, not sleeping in etc....Go figure! :)
 
Moya bro.. been reading your log since you started.. but thought I'd just chime in.

You're doing awesome, week 2 pics were definitely noticeable difference in definition. Your strength is incredible. Keep killing it man.

i will tell you now, my physique today is way ahead of those 2 week pics... in no way am i slowing down, i may even be coming along at a better pace now... and the new pics arent due for a few more days...
i have been a little bloated, but after a good sauna or letro dose that is no problem...

also i haven't really said much about what i do for a living, but i get a TON of cardio at work... lots of lifting, lunging, twisting, squatting etc... i work in a frozen/chilled foods warehouse as an order picker... all day i am moving quickly and am the top performer for the company i work for in the entire nation... not trying to brag, just letting you know the kind of work i put in outside of the gym, and this is also why i focus on the heavy lifts much more, as i do plenty of 'light' lifting... i pull about 30-45k lbs of product at work in a night... it has kept me in decent shape on a diet of pizza and junk food...
 
hey man just wondering, are you trying to mass build right now than diet here in the future or are you on your "get cut" diet right now?
 
imo, i dont think 3 months is enough time to bulk AND cut... just one or the other... pro bodybuilders take about that much time to cut themselves...
also, muscle that has been around a long time is easier kept than muscle that is new... i would not want to spend a lot of time specificaly gaining some new muscle that i may not even be able to keep as i lean out...
if i gain muscle, great, but my goal here is to keep what i have and come in looking SHARP and HARD...
 
just got back from my fasted cardio this morning... threw in a couple sets of sprints, one up a pretty decent grade hill...

yesterday i swapped out some tri-tip steaks for the chicken...
will go grocery shopping today, we will see whats on sale in the meat dept, but i would like to get more fish and red meat because im getting sick on chicken...

i find it odd myself that i am able to get stronger on much lower carbs... i was eating whole large pizzas, and was improving, but not at the rate i am on this cycle...
maybe my other gear was underdosed?... or the extra protein im getting is building new muscle, as i am probably now aproaching the level of conditioning i usualy reach at the END of a cycle, and i have a lot more size and time to go...
i am holding a bit of water, but a few hours sauna, and little extra letro can easily take care of that... dont want to pull out all the stops quite yet ;)

wendsday back and bi as usual...
friday bench/squat again, will get up more vids, and it will be a PM workout so i may go for a bench PR and a squat PR...

Very impressive numbers Moya!! I do think the quality and dosing makes a huge difference...gotta love that GCA! Maybe the difference in what you are eating too? lower carbs but more quality foods...the whole micro and macro thing....
 
ok i was thinking about it today at work and i have an idea of how i am getting stronger... the last cycle i ran was my first time on tren at the same dose im running it now... however, i was eating a LOT of carbs, all the way up until bedtime, and i had a LOT of trouble sleeping...
now, this run im cutting the carbs off by 9pm (i work nights, remember, so this isnt late for me) and im getting much better sleep... im still waking up with night sweats, but im able to go back to sleep very easily, thus getting much more rest...
im pretty sure thats what it is, im getting better rest and its making a huge difference...
 
I think your mostly right on with your conclusion. But I also think that the purity and quality of the gear is worth considering. I have heard quite a few stories of very nearly the same for guyz on the GCA. IMO it is a combination of all of it.
Your workouts are awsome bro I gotta take my hat off to your work ethic here brother.

Moya...I know Rick O'shea has had some really bad experiences with impure gear...he's written about it in his log. Even my limited experiences in using clen from various sources...you know the difference in quality.

Maybe we need to collectively pick a household item if we don't hear anything?
 
I hate to be a debbie downer, but shouldnt you have waited until you were closer to your natural potential before you started using? Seems like you could have packed on some more mass naturally before picking up juice.

first off, i started off as a powerlifter, and spent plenty of blood and puke getting stronger, stronger than ANYONE else at the gold's gym in oakdale, ca... i never cared about size, just about being stronger than people like you... now, taking a look at your post history, i find it comical that you are asking how to 'hide' your size from mommy and daddy... i answer to nobody, my parents know i cycle, my wife knows i cycle and even my 8 year old daughter knows that nothing in life comes for free, that juice just helps ignite the fire, and hard work is what seperates the weak from the strong... i'd bet HER hands are more calloused than yours...
let me ask you now, how many hours have you spent rotting away, slaving in a frozen foods warehouse? making a hard earned living for a family that you willl do anything for, work until your hands bleed, your lips crack and the boss is forced to cut back your pay, because the bonus you are bringing in is greater than his...?
let me ask you, does your deadlift qualify you for the mr. olympia invatational?... are you the one on here putting your face out for the world to see?

Yes I do very much. Not just tren but all gear. For anyone that has homebrewed they well know that you are totally dependant on your raw products. Of course the quality control in putting it all together counts hugly too.

Natural Potential, I know this has been said on here and other boards many many times. However I feel that this is a head in the sand attitude.
Because,
I cannot name one personanywhere that has really reached their genitic (natural) potential before using juice. And I dont know of anyone that can (name someone that has) How do you determine a persons genetic (natural) potential:confused:

What I would say to anyone contemplating using juice is that they should be an expereinced lifter and at the high end of at least an intermediat lifers development.
To say to someone (and I have done this too) well you should not use juice till you reach your genitic potential is kind of rediculous when you really think about the statement, IMO.

Now for a person that has spent years of lifting and dieting properly, using protien and creatine etc. That person by now should know their body enough to do and benefit from a Test cycle.

A test only cycle I feel is where everyone should start. The reasons have been discussed enough and we all know why.

Moya has put in his time and knows his body. I know that he thought this out before just jumping on the wagon and saying ok take me there. And right there he is at least a step above the typical on this board.
All you really have to do to know this is to read back on moya's posts and look at what he has to say.

I wasn't trying to call you out bud. You made great improvements like you stated but since you were making such great improvements why not stay natural until they tapered off? Your deadlift is strong, but areas such as your bench which is frankly not in line with your deadlift, could have been improved before turning to juice.

And I actually am stronger than you. And Ive worked some pretty shit jobs in my time and Im only 22. Much respect though for raising your family man, takes commitment to hold a job, raise a family, and find time to get in the gym and be as strong as you are. At the same time you dont know anything about me and like I said, Im 22, Im stronger, bigger, and was all of these even when I was natural.

Id post a video of a pretty big lift, but I dont want to embarrass you.

You should be proud of your accomplishments but I was referring to embarrassing you for calling me out personally. I work just as hard as the next guy to add every pound to my lifts. Ive been lifting longer than you and am 22.

With all due respect to you, Arem, it seems ironic that you are making an argument about natty vs not and natural potential, when you are too young to have even come close to reaching yours yet, biologically. You would be in your prime growth years, as a young man at 22, with your test levels as high as they'll ever be in a natural state. Those who live in glass houses kind of thing...

And why come on a steroid board and give one guy grief for using? Makes me wonder who you are...maybe your name should be Alter instead of Arem.

I do it primarily for athletic reasons. I have a narrower window. And I had weighed over 220 and benched 315 before i ever touched juice (not like thats that impressive, but far bigger than most before they touch the needle).

fasted cardio this morning in the rain... took 3rd set of pics last night, will have them up asap...
tomorrow will be a big day in the gym... am off work fri/sat so i will go in the pm and may even cheat a little on the diet because i plan on KILLING THAT SHIT!
