I am getting some ideas for my next upcoming cycle and would like to have everyones input on this? I going to be running a 20 week ,lean mass cycle looking to gain as much lean muscle as possible without the bloat. I am not gyno prone so lets hear it guys? My Stats:

12 to 14 % BF
218 currently
Training 5 plus times a week
Eating 4000 to 5000 clean calories a day now.
Currently not doing any cardio.
