wow so ur saying he went from 18-20% body fat all the way to what hes at now in just 3 months. thats just insane, but then it may take me longer because im new to weight training though i dont have quite as high body fat as he did when he started.
Another question, what is this 5x5 routine? is it just doing 5 sets of 5 reps of your MAX for each exercise?

I went from 28% bf to 11-12% in 12 weeks, another 2-3 weeks after that I was sub 10%... so yes it is very possible if you are dedicated enough and stick to a clean diet. Only supps I used were from the AF store, NEVER any AAS.
