Whats up all,

Training update:
SAT July 15, 2006

BEACH day,
actually went to GYM, did quick rep sets for pump =]

GF wanted to go, so i took her before the beach, finally got to do some "beach" sissy workouts lol, i remember why we loved them, they make u feel big lol

so did some workouts, abs, incline reps, fly's, curls, and thats about it.
But still had to log it down.

This week is gonna be a GREAT WEEK i can tell already. Im really excited about this week and seeing what i can push myself to do, im not gonna do ANY lower back work today, but on WEDS ill do my deads and then do some more deadlift work. =]
 
Hey EF world! How is everyone? Its fucking hot over here in NY, like 100 degrees. Well high 90's. But with all this fuckin pollution/smog/dirt lol it feels like 120 lol

Had a good day at the gym yesterday, got drained from my squats, so im def gonna bench before squating for the rest of the weeks.

230x4 (This I stalled at 4, was going up for 5, but just ran out of gas, not exhuasted, since i hit it again for 4, but during the set i just felt 'loose' by the 3rd rep.)
230x4 ( wanted to make sure i got the tonage in for the day )

Hit 203 in the row for 5 good ones, then decided to keep going, got 3 more reps, with decent/ok form, but did rock the weight alittle.

SkullCrushers 70x10 | 80x10| 100x10 - Partner really wanted to do them so we did them

My bench slowed down a bit, but thats normal. Still hitting my #'s tho, so i havnt fully stalled. Squat still going up with plenty left in the tank, and the deadlifts are imporving quickly too.

Log update!

Did very good yesterday, last week i hit 105lbs in dumbells, but my form was weak, so i went back and did them again this week. Nailed them. Easy. Actually was able to rep out 6.

105x6 - Official New PR. Good form on these.

425x5 - New PR! Once again, hit a new PR. Belted up for this Max. No straps, only belt.

Accessory work:
Chinups: 2 sets behind neck 2 sets in front.

Extra Deadlift Work:
Went for 400x1 3 sets. Placed 3 mats and stood on them while deadlifting, Im trying to work on the bottom part of my lift, since thats where i have the most trouble it seems.

Notes:
Training partner, hit his new max of 370. Proud as hell of him, he only weighs like 160. Really a pure ECTOMORPH.

Also will be taking some updated pics. I moved up in weight. Currently at 192. Still got some abs, so im not putting on too much BF. I love it.

Well it finally happened today. For those of you who don't follow my log, I started the linear 5x5 workout 5 weeks ago. I started deadlifting two weeks before that and my goal was a 500lb deadlift. So today on week 7 I pulled it.

Thanks to Mike for the good competition.

forgot to Mention. There is a Show in October for my Gym. Depending on my weight i will have to shoot for good numbers.

I want the deadlift #'s tho, i want my name on the board.

Looking for some big bro's to guide me through it, training tips, etc would be great.

Secret excercises such as deadlifting on mats to increase the bottom of the lift. Lockouts for the top, etc.

I really want this deadlift #.

I think my back is improving the most/fattest.

Abs are still visible.

Chest is behind i think, so ill really start to push it, even tho when im not flexed my chest looks nice and full.

Yesterday was cardio day. Actually boxing, to mix things up.

Hit the heavy bag
Speed bag
Knee bag
Double bag
Jumprope

It was fun. So i really enjoyed it, might order some DVD's, i got some recomendations from MMA in another thread, some instucutional DVDs

Also did Needsize Abs w/ 25lb plate.

Hey anyone who watches my log, especially the PL's.

Wich do you think i should incorporate into the 5x5

snatch?
clean?
any other PL lifts?

I need to learn the technique real good, so if u know any sites/video sites where i can watch them do it in slow mo would be GREAT!
