415x5 - New PR! NOW this was tough. ass down, chest up. Nailed 3 easy, The other 2, i battled. Didnt jerk or anything, went up slowly, but still smoothly. Next week 425 is coming! I was sore from Monday's Workout, did some pullthroughs, so it def hindered my recovery as i went into the deadlift still sore. BUT was able to win the battle.
No accessory work today, was really winded, so i would use what i had left as recovery energy.
Felt good tho, was fun actually, some gathered around during my deadlift, i got REAL LOUD. Screamin for my last 2 sets to get it up. Hadda be a funny sight, me screaming at the bar " fuck you your going up mother fucker, light weight bitch, fuck you mother fucker" lol now thats anot of "F" words. So it hadda be a funny sight. <!!- moron at the gym story, lol maybe if it was 200lbs.
Today im going to actually go box for a bit, shadow box, hit the speed bag, heavy bag, flying knees, etc. ?Maybe some step mill action, but dont want to tap too much into recovery for tommarow.
Overall 10/10 on a workout scale yesterday.
