I benched before i sqauted this time, and i have plenty left in the tank. I was SUPPOSED to do 8 reps w/ 160. I didnt feel anything from the 8, so i bumped it up to 15. Just on the last set.
During Sqauting, felt like i still had plenty left in the tank, instead of 265x3, i managed to nail it 265x4. I didnt feel i went low enough on the first rep, so i needed to mentally hit my form.
Rowing, hmm, looks like the benching and sqauting took alot out of me

, I managed to get out 200x3, but it was VERY hard. I was just winded, not winded where i couldnt breath, but just drained i guess. And since i do T-Bar Rows, ( i started the program with them and realized i should be doing glen pendelays, but hey, thats what the next 5x5 is for =]) so the weight was very "end" heavy. So ill see if puttig 45's on rather then stacking the 10's up.
Felt really good going for the extra rep in my squat. Nailed it too, QUICK QUESTIONS, When sqautting i can feel my mucles in my ASS, hips, and groin, not a pain at all, BUT when sqautting i can feel them working, im assuming thats because they are lagging, and need additional work. True?
I have decided, that my abs, are important to me, BUT i like food. I LIKE my strenght, and ILL LIKE THAT 500! lol. But serioulsy, i seen my abs, they are still thier, i just want to bump up calores. By EATING CLEAN still of course, BUT i want my strenght to skyrocket, so if the next pic update my abs are just a little gone, thats why, not because i fell off.
I feel strong as hell, i look real good up top. my waist no matter how much i eat is still 31-32. Right now im not 100% there, but give me couple more months and i should be in GREAT looking Shape. I dont want to loose my abs completely, so i wont be bulkin 5k calories, but right now im hitting anywhere from 2500-3000k usually. Im gonna try for 3500.
Im gonna worry about meal timing/carb depletion times. Im going to try to LOW carb it cardio days, and high carb on workout days. To keep my stomach.
