lol, I wasn't complaining - it's your journal. The only time off-topic stuff is not cool, IMO, is when the journaler doesn't want it (e.g. jkurz1 trying to hijack people's journals in the hope that they'll reveal the secret to eating over maintenance :rolleyes: ). Just make sure to put a big-ass bold/color heading on your workout entries so they're easy to find. ;)

Oh, and in my hurry to give you my opinion on what to do with deads in that other thread, I forgot to congratulate you on a huge PR. Nice work!

I benched before i sqauted this time, and i have plenty left in the tank. I was SUPPOSED to do 8 reps w/ 160. I didnt feel anything from the 8, so i bumped it up to 15. Just on the last set.

During Sqauting, felt like i still had plenty left in the tank, instead of 265x3, i managed to nail it 265x4. I didnt feel i went low enough on the first rep, so i needed to mentally hit my form.

Rowing, hmm, looks like the benching and sqauting took alot out of me :evil: , I managed to get out 200x3, but it was VERY hard. I was just winded, not winded where i couldnt breath, but just drained i guess. And since i do T-Bar Rows, ( i started the program with them and realized i should be doing glen pendelays, but hey, thats what the next 5x5 is for =]) so the weight was very "end" heavy. So ill see if puttig 45's on rather then stacking the 10's up.

Felt really good going for the extra rep in my squat. Nailed it too, QUICK QUESTIONS, When sqautting i can feel my mucles in my ASS, hips, and groin, not a pain at all, BUT when sqautting i can feel them working, im assuming thats because they are lagging, and need additional work. True?



I have decided, that my abs, are important to me, BUT i like food. I LIKE my strenght, and ILL LIKE THAT 500! lol. But serioulsy, i seen my abs, they are still thier, i just want to bump up calores. By EATING CLEAN still of course, BUT i want my strenght to skyrocket, so if the next pic update my abs are just a little gone, thats why, not because i fell off.

I feel strong as hell, i look real good up top. my waist no matter how much i eat is still 31-32. Right now im not 100% there, but give me couple more months and i should be in GREAT looking Shape. I dont want to loose my abs completely, so i wont be bulkin 5k calories, but right now im hitting anywhere from 2500-3000k usually. Im gonna try for 3500.

Im gonna worry about meal timing/carb depletion times. Im going to try to LOW carb it cardio days, and high carb on workout days. To keep my stomach.

ill nail it next time, since i almost got it w/o suffering form, but i cheated a lil, so i should be able to nail it. I feel my back has had the biggest improvement over anything. I cant wait for the 3 more weeks, to switch to bent over barbell 90 degrees =]

im guessing its called a T-Bar row, but not on the machine, on a barbell, that is connected to a pivot device, i use the handle you would use to do seated row to grip the bar.

its strict, and i can feel my abs working, i thought this was the way the program called for it, so i started it, and now i figured i would finish with it too.
 
Oh ok... cool... yah, I've tried doing that with plates loaded and a close grip (from the cable section) under the bar and almost busted my nuts with the back end swung up ... it was a horrible newb sighting :worried: lol... no "pivot" device was avaiable and i had to try it like that with out using the padded T-Bar Rower set up :)

I thought u were doing 90* BB rows... oh man... your back will continue to grow big time after switching :evil:

i know, preety much why i didnt, If its not broken, why fix it right? And those pics bunny hooked me up with (before and afters) show they are working thier magic. I mean, i do stay in strict form, but shit, i can imagine it when doing STRICT 90degree Glen Pendelay rows ya know!

Pin Presses/lockouts: 225x1 , 265x0, 245x1

I felt really good at the gym, I benched first again today, to really focus my energy on my lift that wouldnt move in numbers as fast.

HIT 225x5, My starting max was 225x3 Struggling. Now 225x5 went up w/o spotter and everything. Nice, the program is really working well.

Sqaut PR passed too, my highest i ever hit was 275x2. I hit 265x5 yesterday, so it looks like i could go for a 315 max these days. =]



Instead of doing the traditional hypers, i did lockouts instead, looked CRAZY because i was the only asshole doing anything like that work. =]

i think my physique changes monthly, i get hey man u on the sauce? all the way to damn, u really know how to cut. ITS ALL ABOUT DIET, its crazy, because ive been on 3/day workouts, and i look/feel as if i hit the gym 5 days a week.
