ya hick, sgt is right, YES is more of a cutting tool. I started using it when i was able to somewhat see my abs. The receptor effect is doubled for me since im on ECA and they both effect those receptors in the area.

Im thinking YES is working, ill let everyone know my honest/unbiased opinion when im done with this bottle. specially since i have before and after pics. and my before pics are the DAY OF starting YES.
 
yea. I guess. I just never really put on that much fat when I am bulking. I dont ever really consider myself bulking or cutting. Just eating right and lifting heavy. At times i might put on a lil chub but then sometimes I might loose a little, all the while putting on muscle. Its just comes down to how much time i can spend in the kitchen.

With the deads, explosive Came up and locked out quick. This comp with shades really has me excited about the deads, so imma try my hardest.

Accessory work was
Biceps: EZ-Curl barbell w/ lil black bands wrapped around ends, wrapped around squat cage. 45x10 60x6 60x5 60x3
CHINUPS. 2x front/2x back for 10 reps.
Chinups are getting better and better weekly. Im actually really enjoying them.

Stomach is looking flatter/leaner then ever. pants fitting little looser, and belt is looser too. Strenght is still going up, so im doing something right. ;)

Today is CARDIO day.
Im gonna hit up the stairmaster stepmill with the vest on today. Going for 15 mins @ level 7.

Also will do ABS first, before the stepmill, so i can deplete gylcogen just alittle more before running. =]

Im starting to realize, even tho its cals in vs cals out, its also important about meal timing/carb timing as well =]

LOL thanks, im glad to be in the club, in fact thats my location from now on

Well, up to about 80lbs, i CAN pop em up. But i feel i can get hurt popping anything higher or even the 80ls up sometimes. Basically do a kick up, partner grabs my wrists and just pulls me up to starting possition, after that, all me. 1st rep is always the hardest.

I know they got "hooks" you can put on the smith machine bar, do the incline and rerack them on the hook so u dont have to lift yourself.

Nice... yah, i'd be fearful of tearing the crap outa something poping up that weight.

I like the idea of those hooks, i've seen them... i'd be interested to hear feedback before making the investment... and/or toteing them to the gym... all that set up with the hooks, i think it might be easy just to say "Hey... help me out for a minute" to some random, lol.

Good job bro. Chinups are still a bitch for me. I havent done Heavy dumbell chest work lately.... good idea. I will at the end of the weekend.
 
nice inclines, you're actually stronger relatively on the incline than the flat which is suprising - 100+ is good poundage!

I think its like madcow said, if u trained a perticular mucsle for years and jump on the 5x5, the lifts you dont do much would excel, and looks like thats whats going on with the incline.

150's will be the day for me. My incline and decline are almost as strong as my flat. My buddy thinks its the craziest but it just is. 100s are real solid bro. I think I can only get 90s we will see on sunday.
