Yesterday went to the GYM for Cardio & ABS yesterday. Worked ABS yesterday first. Liked it.

Cardio
Threadmill: 3 min warmup 15minute run @ level 7.5 (only ran for 15 minutes because treadmill turned off for some reason and i was too sweaty to go find the person to reset it. So i went home.
Besides, it was alot tougher to finish most likely from the AB workout.
Notes:
My stomach does seem to be loosing belly fat. After a application of YES, it feels my skin is looser, and has room behind it where fat was. I dont know how much longer my YES will last, ive been using about 5pumps before workouts. My ECA stack is running low. But thats good, because that means time is flying, and i can get off ECA soon. =]
