M Mike Tyson79 Guest Jul 9, 2001 #2 Why don't u instead get a 32 oz waterbottle,,,fill it up w/ gatorade, 3-5 grams of creatine, 2 grams of glutamine..and drink it during your workout? I guess you can do tha cranberry thing too, But try 3 grams of creatine and 2 grams of glutamine during ur workout in tha form of gatorade... peace
