Miss a day, make it up or move on

My workout....legs on mon...abs tues...pushes wed....off thur...pulls fri...abs sat...i run everyday except thursday and wed....off everything thursday and sunday.....i missed pulls last friday...should i combine them with legs on my monday or just move on
 
I have the same problem. I do hams/traps on saturdays, and if I miss a workout, that's the one I miss. I try and do an abbreviated workout on my next day at the gym, after my scheduled workout. I just skip cardio that day, and dedicate that 1/2 hour to the workout I missed.
 
If you miss a workout day then by rights you should then miss a rest day. On a split like that I'd just push everything ahead one day and do the makeup work on the rest day.
