Mir and Lesnar

I was interested in geting some thoughts on the matchup of Mir and Lesnar. I have begun to think that perhaps Mir is the worst possible matchup for Lesnar. I man that large with such a calm, professional style combined with the submission skills will always give Lesnar trouble. Obviously I am leaving out Fedor (who's ability is so axiomatic that it needs not be stated), but besides such talent I see someone like Mir as his greatest obstacle.

Any thoughts? Any other styles you guys think would give him more trouble? I would also love to see him fight a striker (Cro Cop would be a GREAT matchup for me). Anyone have any strikers in mind who they believe would match up well with Lesnar?

im not so sure frank mir will find it quite so easy to beat lesnar this time, it pains me to say it but im guessing lesnar may win a rematch. however, i think if there is one fighter in the ufc who could do it, its Big Nog. The man is like the terminator, he never gives up, Nog vs Lesnar would be an awesome fight (but only if nog wins) . Im pretty sure we'll see it too, i cant imagine frank beating nog. no chance

Never say no chance. Anything can happen. I think Mir has to get through Nog first before even bringing up a rematch with Crotch Lesnar. The Nog/Mir fight is going to be so fucking boring as it is. But I see that one ending in the the longest, most boring decision win to Mir.

The thing with Lesnar is that he is able to overwhelm his opponent immediately and rain down hammer fists. I think is this can be held off he is beatable. Mir was good at keeping his cool in the first fight. But I wouldntt say he had it "easy" even in that fight. It looked like it was close to being stopped due to the Lesnar flurry. Mir is a cool customer, though. What about a heavy striker? I think of Cro Cop, but he may have passed his time. Is ther4e anyone similar to him in the heavyweight division? He seemd to be superior to someone like Arlovski when it came to sprawl defense against wrestlers, but Lesnar is a different story than Coleman or Randleman.
