I understand the program, i read every article and applied it in the gym. i know all about warm up sets, work sets, rest pauses, static holds and extreme stretching.
i know what your sayin man, it's high reps...not in the traditional sense....
and i know pumps have nothing to do with growth stimulation. i was just pointing out the fact that DC gave me intense pumps....how could it not after a 15 rep set. the program is all about high intensity...about using one set to push beyond the barriers of what one would normally do in a typical set. It's high intensity training. Dogg didn't invent it, but he has put together a good program.
anyway, the whole point was, if one were experiencing a lot of pain from pumps on dbol, I would think that DC training could be a rather painful experience.
