I've gotten numerous requests to post some of my pictures and to post my cycle and the results that I got from this last bulking cycle. Here's the link to the phtos:

Bulking cycle started on Sept. 16 and ended on Dec 25th. I'm still putting on weight even though I'm off. I went from 230 lbs to 254 lbs. and today I weight 259 lbs which is 1 lb short of my goal for this cycle. I had been 250 before on my last cycle but lost a lot of it do to injury and time off,general stress from life, but this time I came in a lot tighter and stronger.

This cycle started with

Week 1 Anadrol 100mg ed (Ttokkyo)/ Test Enanth. 1000mg (Brovel)
Week 2 Anadrol 100mg ed/ Test. 1000mg
Week 3 Anadrol 150mg ed/ Test 1000mg
Week 4 Anadrol 100mg ed/ Aratest 1000mg
Week 5 Anadrol 100mg ed/ Aratest 1000mg
Week 6 Anadrol 100mg ed/ Aratest 1000mg
Week 7 Fina 150mg ed/ Aratest 1000mg
Week 8 Fina 150mg ed/ Test Enanth. (QV) 1250mg/ Dbol 60mg ed (Naposims) / Insulin 10iu ed (humulin R)
Week 9 Fina 150mg ed/ Test. 1500mg / dbol 60mg ed/ insulin 10 iu (Humalog)
Week 10 Fina 150mg ed/ Test 1500mg / dbol 60 mg ed/ insulin 10 iu

I would have had more gains it it wasn't for the fake ass brovel shit that I was using for the first month. It gave me the flu right after every shot that I took, so I finally couldn't take it and switched to aratest. Aratest wasn't immpressive at all. QV was the shit. I got a big 50cc jug of their Test and that did the trick. Liquidex kept me tight with not one bit of bloat. I can't belive how hard and veiny I look. Strenght went out the roof. I benched 495lb finally. Before the cylcel 455lb was my best bench. I pressed 415 for 2 reps on militery press and squated 495lbs for 2.
Proviron is the shit. It helped a lot with the sex drive and made me even more tighter. I'm happy at 260lbs. 30 lbs of gain is great at my weight class. The more weight you put on the harder it is to put more on every cycle so someone that weighed 200lbs for example doing the same cycle would have had better results than me becasue it's easier to put on weight when you weigh less. I'm not competing at this time, I promised my self one more year of trainig before I put my foot at that stage. I want to blow the competition away without a doubt. I'm from Cali so we have a lot of big mother fuckers out here and a lot of competion so it's a little harder to win, you got to come strong or don't come at all.

For this next month I will be taking it easy a bit with some EQ at 600mg a week and maybe with some anavar and insulin and then in Feb I start my cutting cycle

Eq @ 600mg / winny @ 50mg ed / Prop. @ 100mg ed / hGH 6 iu ed / T3 25-75 mcg / Clen and ECA

That's my spring cutting cycle and will last for about 12 weeks

I want to remain over 255 lbs but with lot more defenition, emphasizing in my mid section and my legs.
 
Holy Shit. Your'e a fuckin Monster Bro. And you'e pretty lean too. I have gone from 11%BF to 17%BF in about 9 weeks of SUS 500 a week cycle. Can U recommend a cutting cycle for me.

-My stats: 5'11" 259lbs. 21" arms, 34" waist

-History: I'm 29 years old. Been liftign since I was 15 years old at the local Ymca. Really didn't get into it untill I was 21 at 185 lbs. I put on 15 lbs in a matter of 3 months naturally. I did my first cycle at age 23 went up to 215 lbs. Never did it again until I was 28 when I got out of jail after a year of being locked up. Starting weight, 195 lbs. In the past 18 months I put on 65 lbs of muscle.

No diet. I eat everything and anything I find. I don't put on fat. I eat 5 meals a day and lots of snacks and fruits and pastries in between. No protein shakes. I hate that shit. can't stand the taste. With my insulin I take 20g creatine and 10 g Glutamine and 130g Dextrose. Other than that maybe some multivitamins and cranberry extracts.

you're jacked man and are looking really good in the 254 pics.....more muscular yet less fat. In fact you look a lot bigger than 254.....im 6' 270 and you look alot bigger than me.
 
Fina I believe was the key to putting on dense muscle on me this time around

biggerisbetter: You need 10 grams carb per 1 iu of insulin. Dextrose is the fastest and best absorving for of sugar around. Mix it with some sugar free koolaid and some creatine and glutamine and you're set

I'm going year around this time, no breaks, just mild months in between cycle to bridge on cycel to other.

Seriously the thing I noticed was....your wrists are actually kind of small which makes the rest of your arms look awesome and all the bigger. I am in the "small forearm" department and I had a lot of trouble only recently getting my arms to 16".

I was impressived and all but all i could do was look at your forearms, those things could make babies cry! there freakilishly large. Do you have a forearm routine? how often do you hit those up?

Forearms: once a week with bis and tris. Heavy wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. I've always done them since I started working out. Heavy barbel curls also helped develop them, but I can't do curls with bar anymore. Kills my wrist.

Wrist size: I never really thought of my wrists being skinny, but they do get injured real easy, that's why i always work out with them wraped up. I fucked them up punching people! :D

Diet: NO DIET! Like I said, I eat every 2 hours and lots of snacks in between. I get my calories from cheese cakes, ice cream, pastries, chips, you name it. Whatever I find. Lots of meat and chicken, rice, pasta, veggies, fruits, fish, sandwiches.

what size are your wrists? mine are tiny and get in the way also. curious. and dont' say you don't know, get a fucking tape measure. :p

NO DIET!! for the 3rd time. I don't diet. For bulking you got to eat everything you find. I don't put on fat, got good genetics.

$ spend yearly: I get them at cost, Mexican or European stuff. I live in Cali so people go down to TJ all the time. The only expensive stuff if growth which I still pay only $330 for the kits (and no I can't hook you up!)

Wrist size: 8". Warbird

vascularity: Do to Liquidex at 1mg ed, Fina at high dose, and proviron. I also use Thimocase from time to time to tighten the skin on my arms.

WOW!!! Scary AS abuse. I have a friend who used about 1/3 of that much gear when he got ready for the USA's.
 
My goals and reasons: To compete starting next year, also I do fitness modeling

BidD50: Different strokes for different folkes! If you want to go over 260lbs, your totall weekly dosage should be between 3000-5000mg and insulin has to be part of the stack. I don't know how much your buddy weighs but most of the body builders I know, would bullshit their own mother about how much shit they use.

work out split: Monday/ Shoulders & Traps, Tuesday/ Back & calves, Wed / Chest, Thursday Legs & Calves, Friday Bis, Tris & Foremars

Back Routine: Lat Pulldown 4 sets, Bend over Rows 3 sets or T-bar rows, Seated Rows 3 sets, Machine Rows or straight arms pull downs. I also subs. dumbell rows in there sometimes and dead lifts

Clothes fitting: Having hard time now because of leg size. My waist is 34" but I have to buy 38" because they won't go up over my legs. Fucken alterations galore!

Body fat: 8-9% usually 7-8%, when cutting 4-5% without diet or cardio
 
Inspiring Metal Gear!

I took a look at the pics after I decided not to go to the gym tonight. I had finished dinner and was watching the episodes of CSI when I logged on to Elite. I saw MG, got dressed to go workout, and left.

I would have gone to the gym but when I got outside I saw about an half inch of ice on my car. I went back in to see on the news that all the roads are backed up with accidents from people sliding on the ice. I'll work back tomorrow.
 
My buddy that did the USA's was a national level powerlifter. He had done 800#+ squat, 600#+ bench, 700# deadlift. Than he switched his training and dieted. He is usually 300 pounds off season and has been up to 340 and was miserable. He was 250+ on stage. I helped him with his AS so I know exactly what he took and it was 1000mgs sus per week, winstrol, EQ and 6iu GH for 12 weeks. He has a strict diet and very disciplined cardo. He is about 280 right now and not nearly as hard and has been off since the show.

My friend and training partner is 5'10 and as of yesterday is 255#'s at about 13% bf. He has only done one cycle his whole life and it was 500mgs test, 40 mgs d-bol, and 200mgs EQ for 8 weeks. We lift heavy and he benchs close to 500, squats near 600, and deadlifts over 500. That is all when he is natural as his cycle was like a year ago.

They both have good genetics. As far as having to have weekly dosages between 3000-5000mgs per week and using insulin, well I guess some people do.
 
You have to remember that anyone on their first cycle, no matter what they use, they will blow up. It gets harder and harder as cycles progress and you have to increase the dosage. As for your 1st friend, it doesn't sound like he used 1/3 of what I used. It's much the same as I see it.

I would assume you get regular blood work? What does it look like. I use 1/3 maybe of what you do and my tryglycerides and cholesterol are always way fucked up. If your's are not, what do you do to keep them in check. You definetly have an awsome physique.

Yes, I acutally have a hard time finding a workout partner because people can't keep up with me.

I bench 495lbs. military press 405 for 2 reps / 315 for 10 reps, squat 495-545 lbs. for 4-6 reps, dead lift sucks because I've injured my lower back, but I do heavy bend over rows. 150lbs dumbell for 10 reps on incline presses. You name it bro, I work my ass off at the gym.

he got locked up for dealing X from what he said, and the authorities were on his ass all the time ever since. so maybe he ran into trouble with possessing the wrong thing at the wrong time, who knows. with all the gear though, could be up in the ER! lets hope he's OK.
