bro you are huge! i could never look that way if i tried....but can i ask you an honest question

what is it all for? you will never be able to maintain that naturally so why do you get so big?

i'm not bashing you at all...i think it is incredible that you look like that...i'm just saying what is it for?
 
WOW!!! Scary AS abuse. I have a friend who used about 1/3 of that much gear when he got ready for the USA's.
 
My goals and reasons: To compete starting next year, also I do fitness modeling

BidD50: Different strokes for different folkes! If you want to go over 260lbs, your totall weekly dosage should be between 3000-5000mg and insulin has to be part of the stack. I don't know how much your buddy weighs but most of the body builders I know, would bullshit their own mother about how much shit they use.

work out split: Monday/ Shoulders & Traps, Tuesday/ Back & calves, Wed / Chest, Thursday Legs & Calves, Friday Bis, Tris & Foremars

Back Routine: Lat Pulldown 4 sets, Bend over Rows 3 sets or T-bar rows, Seated Rows 3 sets, Machine Rows or straight arms pull downs. I also subs. dumbell rows in there sometimes and dead lifts

Clothes fitting: Having hard time now because of leg size. My waist is 34" but I have to buy 38" because they won't go up over my legs. Fucken alterations galore!

Body fat: 8-9% usually 7-8%, when cutting 4-5% without diet or cardio
 
Inspiring Metal Gear!

I took a look at the pics after I decided not to go to the gym tonight. I had finished dinner and was watching the episodes of CSI when I logged on to Elite. I saw MG, got dressed to go workout, and left.

I would have gone to the gym but when I got outside I saw about an half inch of ice on my car. I went back in to see on the news that all the roads are backed up with accidents from people sliding on the ice. I'll work back tomorrow.
 
My buddy that did the USA's was a national level powerlifter. He had done 800#+ squat, 600#+ bench, 700# deadlift. Than he switched his training and dieted. He is usually 300 pounds off season and has been up to 340 and was miserable. He was 250+ on stage. I helped him with his AS so I know exactly what he took and it was 1000mgs sus per week, winstrol, EQ and 6iu GH for 12 weeks. He has a strict diet and very disciplined cardo. He is about 280 right now and not nearly as hard and has been off since the show.

My friend and training partner is 5'10 and as of yesterday is 255#'s at about 13% bf. He has only done one cycle his whole life and it was 500mgs test, 40 mgs d-bol, and 200mgs EQ for 8 weeks. We lift heavy and he benchs close to 500, squats near 600, and deadlifts over 500. That is all when he is natural as his cycle was like a year ago.

They both have good genetics. As far as having to have weekly dosages between 3000-5000mgs per week and using insulin, well I guess some people do.
