Depends, Krazy said he was on top of a ten foot ladder, the cameras most likely were up high looking down at the car, so therefore, his face most likely would not be in view, only the plumetting hammer.

I was on top of a 10 foot ladder, and dickhead bumps into the ladder, causing me to lose balance, so I let go of my hammer, as not to fall off the damn thing.

Yeah I would say it's that guy's problem. On the real though, an F40 is hardly worth $500K. They have one on ebay bidding at $200K right now.
