Kaytime New member Apr 5, 2011 #1 I have seen markus ruhl do Wide Grip Incline Bench Press. I havent been going as wide as him but i have tried it and it actually feels very good. just curious to know if going wide does more of the outer parts of the chest or the whole upper area?
