Macros on gear

Quick question regarding macros on gear. I am using oxandrovar s4 and gw and a small dose t4 to help process the protein and keep energy up, maintenance dose of test also.
6 week cycle

I find myself able to control my intake during the day but after I gym and have supper I'll literally have the urge to eat 8 tablespoons of that high protein pumpkin spice peanut butter.

I am still leaning.out and getting stronger but am I hindering results by pounding so much fuckin peanut butter down at night? Or are macros not so relevant so long as protein is high and calories come out near maintenance?

As long as your macros don't get completely lopsided, and you stay within your caloric limits, I don't think its a big deal. If you are still seeing the progress you are looking for, I wouldn't worry much about it. You might also look at where your fat content is for the rest of the day and make sure you aren't getting in too much

Having the GW and T4 in there changes things considerably as well, since your body will burn fat for energy that it may not normally otherwise

Yeah I am seriously sweating 24/7 and I have never had this happen before, only new addition is the oxandrovar. . But I can't stop these.hunger urges so instead of my regular cutting routine I'm finding I'm gaining size and strength and leaning out too just slower than usual.

I have probably 15 grams fat during the day and then150-200 grams from dinner to bedtime
200 grams carbs per day 300 grams protein

The T4 likely amped up your metabolism. Just like adding test and having natural production stopped taking exo thyroid hormones will cause the body to slow/halt production of thyroid hormones.

Most people already have subclinical hypothyroidism due to bromide/fluoride exposure which competes with iodine at the receptor level and dont even know it. To intentionally hinder thyroid function to me seems like a silly move.

I am using only 100 mcg t4 daily to help combat a slowed thyroid while on tren. I find t4 always helps when using tren bases products but this time i am finding i am sweating a ton more than usual.

I never feel lethargic when natty nor do i pack on excess fat without the t4.

I ate 3000 cals of nuts n more pumpkin spice pb last night and woke up sweating and just shredded and pumped. Lifes good

Well, I guess if it isn't broke don't fix it. I don't do so well with higher fat intake. I haven't been over 100g per day in forever, and my normal protocol is under 50g per day

How many carbs/protein do you consume?

I ate higher carbs today and only about 80 grams fat and todAy I massacred the gym more so than ever.. but here I am contemplating the peanut butter, but I'm going to have an oats and whey shake before bed instead and see how I fare.

If your fat intake is high while on gear
60% fat
35% protein
5% carbs

Does this put you at risk for cardiovascular disease? Or do high omegas combat this side?

Good question, I think the leaner you remain the less effect food has on cholesterol... but that's natty. . On gear I am unsure but I have not ever had any issues but I also do not let myself get outrageously fat neither.

The thyroid is very sensitive. For all the T4 you use to speed your metabolism, it will become dependent on the T4 slow down that much more once you come off so all you'll wind up with is the same fat level and a suppressed thyroid.

I didn't say calories were over maintenance. I was asking which approach would one suggest to produce more results higher fat or higher carbs. Calories roughly the same. And regarding the t4. I feel I benefit from using it on cycle. So I will continue to. I do not ever feel suppressed upon discontinuing its use nor do I slap on lbs of fat. It just gives me a extra pep in my step and seems to drastically lower sides sometimes accustomed to oral or tren lethargy. Whether or not it's a good approach wasn't the matter I was inquiring about, and I don't abuse it anyhow. 100mcg per day for duration of cycle. Generally 6 weeks.
