macro- more yo topical questions

Dan Duchaine wrote about applying primo tabs & DMSO- any experience on how this would compare to yo hcl/aspercreme? I can see how the DMSO is not as good of carrier from your other info posted. Any info on primo tabs/aspercreme? just curious...
The yo hcl mix is to be rubbed in til absorbed, correct?Also, I believe I read in one of your posts you said to use denatured alcohol instead of isopropyl?

ethanol or regular alcohol (vodka) diluted is good for cleaning the application site.

I think that primo topical is a waste of money- though DMSO or PHLOGEL would work well- another solution is isopropyl myristate and alcohol

... and how about the rub in- vigorous massage or just apply it?
