Looking for honest critique

Great foundation!

What's your height and weight?

What's your bicep size, flexed?

Have you give any thought to doing a CKD diet?

Neo22: Thanks, my legs seem to be way ahead of everything else.

area5150: I am 5'11, 185 ibs, both arms are 16's flexed. What is a CKD diet?

I am trying to stay around a slightly below 2000 cals a day. Cardio has been avoiding me like the plauge. I have to get on it.

Thanks for all the comments guys, it helps a ton !!!

Well, before I say "google it," I'll say this: it's like an Atkins diet only radically modifed for an athlete. You eat a high-fat, high protein, low carb diet for 5 days a week, and then for about for 1.5 days at the end of the week you do a high carb feeding. Now, that was a bad overview. I'll PM you a link to a killer CKD website to atone for it, with my pleasure.

Myself, I'm about 5-7 lbs. overweight, most of it (nine-tenths of it)is in the gut and love-handle area. A CKD is perfect for someone like me, I think. It even works for people that have alot more weight to lose than I do.

I once did a diet that took off those 5-7 lbs real fast. It was based on the Body for Life diet. Moderate protein, low fat, moderate to low carbs, and low calories. The notches in my belt dropped fast. The bad thing about that diet was the calories were too low, as was the fat. Bad for me, anyway.

This time around, I'm gonna try the CKD which allows for way more fat, and calories too, I think. I still need to do more research on it.

Although you'll definitely need to put in a shitload of work into sculpting that body of yours I can ensure you that you have much more to work with than I ever dreamed of.

looking really good you've got some mass under there for sure. Try to get the calorie in and calorie out in check and you'll be well on your way in only 6-7 months. You've got plenty of forearm and calf potential so your genetics aren't bad at all

Get to work and in 6 months you'll look alot better

u have good legs.. but need to work hard on ur upper body..

about the genetic stuff.. only u can notice that while training.. how fast and not fat u grow...

but u look ok.. just need some workout..

and i have to say again. good legs... xD
