i just condense my drinking into a few evenings. i can usually workout the next day w/ no prob and start eating well again, but look in the mirror the next day and feel like crap (probably bloated)
I'm the same way, but my biggest issue for prob the last 4 years has been my hangovers. Out of NOWHERE I all of a sudden get DESTROYED by them. And it's not relegated only to post-binge drinking nights, it's like anything 6 beers or above. I'm talking totally unable to function in any capacity, least of all socially for almost 2 days. There is NOTHING I can do about it either. And I can't sleep when drunk or hungover, so I got that problem too. That's why I all but stopped drinking - I can't afford to lose a day or 2 of me being a fucking retard.
