you still manage to stay that lean/big? Hrmm.

when i'm serious about my training i think i just mindfuck myself when i drink and end up feeling guilty or that i look fatter/smaller as a result.
 
i've been takin it easy with my training lately.....when i'm going full bore with that I don't usually even feel like drinking

but I'm talkin about 1 or 2 beers a night or a glass of wine....minimal damage

nothin wrong with that. I've been known to wack back a glass of wine a night while working.

But roomie ain't havin a beer a night to relax after a long day.

makes sense. that probably does alot less damage than binge drinking
i just condense my drinking into a few evenings. i can usually workout the next day w/ no prob and start eating well again, but look in the mirror the next day and feel like crap (probably bloated)
