Increasing thermogenesis on surplus calories allows you to put on the muscle mass, and keep some of the extra fat off.


It doesn't decrease anabolism. AFAIK anyways. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

i want to bulk with muscle not fat. also i do not use lipoflame like it is suppose to be used for cardio work, i use it for the energy/focus effect while lifting. i do ZERO cardio. it is just a nice side effect that it burn some excess fat off in the process.
