Limping around 3 days from last Quad shot...WTF went wrong?

Did a 25 gauge Deca shot in my quad, everythig felt fine, no blood. A little shaky but now I am limping and sore when I walk.
Quad shots suck, no way I can do legs like this. Never any of this BS with glutes, just wish I had 2 more glutes

LOL, Quad injects are the easiest things in the world! Love them, unless I get close to a nerve...then BOOOOOOO!
