Lifting Schedule

Is this a decent work out schedule:
Monday: Chest and tricep
Tuesday: Biceps and shoulders
Wensday: rest
Thursday: Chest and tricep
Friday: Biceps and shoulder
Sat: Squats and abdominals
 
No thats horrible.
Only hit one body part per week.

Monday- Chest/Tri's

Tuesday-off

Wednesday-Back/Bi's

Thursday- Off

Friday- Shoulders/

Saturday- Legs

Sunday-Off

This is what I did for years and had great results.
