P PWR New member Nov 20, 2008 #4 No thats horrible. Only hit one body part per week. Monday- Chest/Tri's Tuesday-off Wednesday-Back/Bi's Thursday- Off Friday- Shoulders/ Saturday- Legs Sunday-Off This is what I did for years and had great results.
