lifting heavy weights leads to injuries?

you can still get injured on High Reps if you go to failure on every set and strain yourself
sometimes training needs to be adjusted as you go there isn't a one size fits all
What is your definition of heavy lifting? Some people lift so heavy they can only do 1-2 reps. If you mean 7-11 reps, then that is okay. Also, don't overexert yourself so much that you are tired during your next session. If you are not rested enough, that results in more injuries.
