damn, just read a book about gotti and his fate
sent to marion federal pen

this was his living environment:

-isolated 23 hours a day in a 8*5 cell
-escorted to solo-yard time for an hour everyday by a rolling cage
-1 visit a month that can last 4 hours
-only a black and white tele and radio for electro entertainment
-subjected to random searches
-all phone calls monitored
-in gotti's case, no chance for parole ever!

how the fuck could anyone live like that?
this alone scares me more than any moral opposition to criminal acts

:rasta:

Just look at that crazy shit they are doing to that body builder...fug.

Anyway... in Gotti's case... you know that's payback from the fed gov... years of frustration with that guy. He most likely wasn't an escape candiate or anything... it's more like vindication...

I always think about Dahmer and his fate. He was mopping up the bathrooms when another inmate came in and beat the shit out of him with the mop handle untill it broke in half. He then stuck the splintered end up his ass to perforate his bowels.

it would be better for that man to be dead, than to have to live like that.

i dont understand the stupidity of some judicial systems.

how long ago did this happen?

You need to read about what that guy did to other peeps Healother... seriously... I am guessing you saw the Max Sec Extraction videos of that Body Builder? Even though he most likely murdered that girl, I still felt somewhat sorry for him... it's just such a hard thing to see a human being brought down that far by the system that 'we' built... it's supposed to be 'MY" system... but I have NO control over it.

Anyway... point being... replace that Body Builder with Dahmer... I'd have NO sympathy for him in the least, in fact I would have went and gotten a bucket of buttery salty popcorn before the show fucking started. He was a sick, sick fuck.

That's not what happened. I read the account. He was beat over the head with a metal bar (situp bar). The paramedic said that the scene looked worse than any traffic accident victim he had encountered.

wikipedia quote

Dahmer served his time at the Columbia Correctional Institute in Portage, Wisconsin, where he became more and more religious over time and ultimately declared himself a born-again Christian. On November 28, 1994, Dahmer and another inmate named Jesse Anderson were brutally beaten to death by fellow inmate Christopher Scarver while on work detail in the prison. Dahmer's death was especially gruesome compared to Anderson's. Scarver caught Dahmer as he tried to run and proceeded to break a broom-stick and inserted it almost three feet into Dahmer's anus and smashed his skull with an iron bar, killing him within minutes. Much controversy surrounded both the decision to allow Dahmer such a privilege as work detail, as well as the pairing of Dahmer with Scarver, a man with a history of brutality who was in for murder. The fact that Scarver was black (and that most of Dahmer's victims were black) did not escape note by critics.

After Dahmer's death and subsequent legal proceedings, a study of his brain was conducted by several scientists. Dahmer's remains were cremated and divided in half between his birth mother Joyce, and his father and stepmother (Lionel and Shari).
