Week 6 - ME Lower - 11/13/03

Thanks guys.

Tonight went well. I was more comfortable with my back than I have been in the last few workouts.

Arched Back GM's 275 x 3, 315 x 3, 365 x 3
RDL's 315 x 3, 365 x 3 x 3
Reverse Hypers on Stability Ball w/Mini Band 3 sets of 12
Abs 3 sets of 12
