Leaning out over the next 7 days.

What kind of food intake should I have over the next 7 days to finish leaning out? I want to drop as much fat and water by next Thursday as I can while keeping muscle loss to a minimum.

Any ideas?

I've already been dieting for several weeks and have been leaning out nicely.

Bro, seven days of dieting will do little for you. But atkins will inable to you to lose water, with a little fat too.
 
yeah i agree seven days isnt gonna is not gonna cut it if you want to notice a change in your appearance as well as on the scale, also if you want to keep muscle loss to a minimum i would not suggest the atkins diet. i would go on a good cutting diet for LONG TERM time, not 1 week, try to go at least 8 weeks, depending on what your current bodyfat percentage is, it may be low that you wont even need 8 weeks. but neways i would do your bodywiehgt X 15-500 made up of 50/30/20 or 40/40/20 pro/carbs/fat to preserve muscle mass at a maximum and lose fat.
