I don't think I'd go for a home machine, only because I'm sure it's "dumbed down" in power, and whatever, to be "safer" than the real pro laser machines. My wife shaves my back for me about every 2 weeks, and she also knows how to wax, and she's done that for me too. It hurt (not bad, but does hurt), and it only lasts about 3 weeks in stead of maybe a week for shaving before my back hair starts showing up again. So it's not really worth the hassle and sore skin for the waxing, IMHO. But I'll keep an open mind on the home laser. Let us know...
