Kickbackzz, Pec Deckzz, and Flyezz

I think that's the first time I've seen you do GMs. Assistance work that won't burn you out in preparation for a big pull at the end of this training block? (I assume you plan to grab a new PR before you drop down to 185 and start posting "2 grams/wk enough to rep with 225?" threads on the AAS forum.)

Thats exactly what I'm doing (well, the assistance that won't burn me out for a deadlift PR part, lol).

BTW.....2 grams a week is for newbies. If you want to be massive enough to rep on the bench with 225 (thats 2 plates!!!!!) then you need 3 grams of test a week.

Don't think that gear alone will get you to two plates. Gear might get the first plate for you but the second one is all down to hard work, solid training and having laser-like focus.

My name is SuperPimp and I like curling, despite the fact that I make fun of it every chance I get.

My DL is somewhere 605 and maybe 640 I don't know. I'm gonna add 20-30lba a week to the snatch pulls and see where I end up. I also better add some weight to the GMs as they were downright embarassing.......thank God I finished with some biceps blasting curlzz on a high note.

Hey biggt is the bw you are now the heaviest you have ever been?

I've been about 10-12lbs heavier some years back. So, I'd say my biggest was 270-272-ish. I'm about 6' or 5'11 and 3/4 or something gay like that, lol.

In July 2005, I was about 217lbs (this was my low, it was depleted, my walking around weight was low-220s). That is when this recent push started. My journal entries are what you'd called micro-cycles. I load, then unload, then load, then unload, etc etc and it is all part of that one big meso-cycle that began in July of 2005. I am not technical and patient enough to really think in terms of that, but I guess if I were organizing this nice and neat, that's what it is. Over the past 18 months, I've gained 43lbs and I have gotten stronger than I imagined I would.

I've always had more mesomorph-type qualities since puberty, so I am fortunate in that I can jack up my cals and keep gaining weight for long periods without really feeling too fat and cutting and derailing progress (yeah, I feel premature diets demolish progress for people). Also, I've been this heavy before, so maybe that helped, I don't know.

In Jan. I am gonna cut back to 220-225lbs and probably spend the rest of my days trim and sexy, lol. Unless another 'get jacked' bug bites me in the ass, who knows.

How long do you expect it will take you to drop that weight, how much strength do you expect to lose?

I'll drop it in no time flat. I've never had a problem shedding weight. I just keep my protein high and eat more like a normal person instead of a complete asshole and it falls off, lol.

I'll lose strength. My training doesn't change much in terms of the way it looks. I expect to lose some strength. If you want to lift like a hoss, you need to be a hoss as the saying goes. But, yeah, my numbers on everything but chins and dips will definitely go down. I don't use dieting as an excuse to train like a ferry though.

Let me see if I can post some pics from the past year and a half......
