Haven't posted any workouts in a little while, so I figured I'd start.

Monday 11/20/06

Behind the neck Push Press: 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 255x3, 275x3, 285x3 (PR, last set was tough)

Front Squat: 135x5, 225x5, 295x5, 315x3, 335x3, 365x3

Flat Bench: 135x8, 225x5, 295x5, 315x5, 340x5, 350x5, 325x8

Took yesterday off, lifting today, then taking Thanksgiving off.

If anybody is curious, I drew this up for this training cycle

Monday : Squats and presses

Wednesday : Pulls

Thursday or Friday: Squats and presses

Saturday: pulls

It's a 3 rep PR.....but the 300+ numbers were BTN jerks not push presses.
 
biggt you're super impressive dude. i even started drinking milk and eating pb&honey too. and i've found your thoughtful responses to newbies very thorough and reading those have put me on the right track. and reading your logs for information and motivation have kept me on track... so thanks man.
