Flat D-Bell Press: 100sx 4 sets of 12

Tuesday: 11/7/06

Power Clean: 135x a bunch of arm-ups, 185x1, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1, 285x1, 305x1, 325x1 (ties PR)

Front Squat: 135x5, 225x5, 300x1, 315x5x5

Clean Pull: 315x3, 335x3, 355x3, 375x3

Chins: Bodyweight x 10, 10, 10, 9, 6

Wednesday: 11/8/06

20 minutes of HIIT on treadmill
Decline Situps: bodyweight x 3 sets of 20

All caught up, lol....I am training tonight and will post up.

I feel nice and recharged. The plan is to lower my volume for a few weeks and see how strong I got, and do some more HIIT....and bag DLs for a few weeks and get my clean up.
 
Great decision on the HIIT.

Try the 1:1 ratio at 85% on the load(HI part)

.....you will probably find that a 30-45:60 works best at 100% of the High intensity oart
