yep...never ceases to amaze me how so many people actually believe that a sex tape is "leaked".

I called this as soon as I saw that her show's ratings were tanking...plus people are stupid...they(guys) will tolerate an obnoxious,self centered, complete idiot, attention whore with a fine body and attractive face.

But....lose the body, get fat...and all you have left is the terribly obnoxious, irritating personality.

1) "release" tape
2) sue porn company that is releasing it. Either win in court or settle for % of sales.
3) tell public it was "leaked" to retain some dignity.
4) rinse - repeat.

Depends on the state. In some states at least one party has to know they are being recorded. In other states, both parties have to know. There's also a bunch of stuff about reasonable expectation of privacy.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal everywhere for neither party to know.
