1. do not be afraid to get your hands into it and mix it by hand. Not with a spoons. Sift it around like a meat loaf.
2. if at the end of mixing they seem dry and flaky add a little bit of water and mix more. Adding a tiny bit each time till it comes out soft and smooth but not big time sticky or mushy.
3. if its to wet then add in a bit of protein powder. mix and repeat till they are smooth and kind of hard but not falling apart and brittle like.
4. place in man and flatten out. If you like place other pan on top and flatten them out. Place in fridge and good to go.
I like to eat them before i put them in the fridge. They seem more fresh and most to me like this.
