juice, growth, healing!!

I severly sprained my ankle 8 weeks ago and it is still a little swolen. I cant put any extra weight on it and certainly cant squat or do calves. I want to juice again and have access to anything. Does anyone know what really helps healing the tendons and ligiments? Glucosamine, chon., collagen, deca, growth??

Any info is greatly appreciated
