Seated R Leg Extensions: 55lbs - 3x10
Seated R Leg Hamstring Curls: 35lbs - 3x10

Grilled turkey & cheese: 3 oz. turkey lunchmeat + 2 slices FF cheese, tomato, pickles, Hellmann's Dijonnaise

9:15pm
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder + ice + water
1 tblsp. ANPB

Totals: 1962 cals, Fat: 32g/15%, Carbs: 316g/62%, Fiber: 21g
Protein: 107g/23%

man you girls just help the chocolate cravings..LOL...
Hope you're good..tell me about strech amrks...Does weight fluctuation in you or anyone you know. When cutting, they seem to be more visible, and when finally lowering BF%, and skin getting tight again are they just a little bit less visible?
 
Update: I need to plan better when I work a BB show..... I ate before I left the house and DID take lunch with me.....but I figured the staff would go out for lunch (nope) then dinner afterwards (nope again), so I was at a loss for food. I also need to bring INSIDE my cooler of food & water, cuz it was hard to find a replacement so I could go back out to the car for it.....oh well, noone knew that 4 people wouldn't show up.....

Also, note to self: stay clear of the protein bar promotion table.... *sigh* I ended up picking at the guys samples since I left my cooler in the car..... :lmao:

Think I'll take today off from the diet-thing since it's Father's Day and start thinking about where I want to go from here.....since it looks like it's no shows for me this year - I now don't know if I want to keep cutting or start bulking or what.....hmmmmmmm

My legs are soft....duh! cuz I still can't work them - lost a lot of muscle in my right leg due to the injury, so my legs look uneven, even tho I haven't worked my left leg either.....

Middle is flabby cuz that's where I put my weight on 1st.....tho my abs feel hard to the touch and are relatively flat.....

Back seems to be coming back nicely since I can do upper body stuff.....seems like my back is quick to respond.....hoping to add some mass to my biceps or peak, rather.....my triceps are strange....I can't see them!! tho they are there.....

I'll have to try & talk my husband into taking pics maybe.....In looking at some of the ladies last nite - I feel I have some work to do.....don't feel like I would've done well last nite based on the competition.....Oh and I have a whole NEW way of posing to learn - the OCB changed their Figure walk routine....and now they are doing a "pose down" of sorts.....
