Awwww thanks guys!!

That pic was actually before the surgery, so it was in March sometime (no scars on the leg is how I can tell), but it gives you all the jist of the thing....
 
So, Jen....just curious.....I know you love to ski and all......was it worth it? Are you going to be out there next year? :qt:

Cable Rack Front Laterals, "21 Style": Lowest Setting, 3 sets

Cable Rack Rope Crunches: 120lbs - 1x10, 2x12

Stationary Bike: 22 mins, 4.20 miles
(10 mins at Level 3, 10 mins at Level 4, 2 mins at Level 1)

**Per HR Monitor: 502 cals burned....

1.25 cups cooked Barilla Plus Penne Pasta + 1/2 cup No Salt Spaghetti Sauce
2 cooked (casings removed) Shady Brook Farms Sweet Italian Sausage

**I get to spend the rest of the day just sitting around as I'm not to do any "excessive" leg work today in preparation for the Burst Test tomorrow....

**Water Tally: 4 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 1 large cup Crystal Light Lemonade + 1 large cup Pierier sparking lime water

Oh HELL YES!! Damn right I'll be skiing next season......

I DO wish I didn't get hurt, but we can't not do things cuz of fear of getting hurt......and until I got hurt I was doing damn good at skiing & getting better.....Hope there's "skiing memory" like there's muscle memory.....
