Took a walk down the Riverfront & ate out for lunch.....

**Decided to take the rest of today off regarding dieting....I'm just kinda sick of it at this point....plus it's a holiday weekend, so I'm considering it a "special occasion".....Made it 28 days with no alcohol - made some White Sangria to enjoy tonite - decided if I was going to drink I would make it something special instead of stupid crappy beer.....

Sangria... There is this bar here that serves cheap sangria all diferent kinds in those Ball jars.... Yeah been trashed there... I'm sure I would think it tasted fine now but it has taken me forever to smell the stuff again!
