She wants me to break up my cardio into 2x a day @ 30 mins at a time & to start including the Stair Master. Abs = 3x a week & Lunges = 3x a week + add Pylometrics. She said she'd email me a diet/workout program. Oh and she wants to see me again Thursday morning for a dedicated posing practice!!

30 minutes of cardio twice per day is NOT the way to go however.....knowing that it takes a few minutes to get into the fat burning mode, you really only might get 15-19 minutes of true fat burning zone per cardio session..unless you do it AFTER weights and on low carb intake.

I've talked to you about it... and I know you just wanted to do what he said... I firmly believe either you are gonna trust your trainer with everythign and follow it to a T.. or just not have one. So that first sign of you trust wavering you have to make a call...
I sucked at this and I question EVERYTHING... I know i'd have been dropped had I even had a trainer. I'm too much of a PITA that has to understand every minor detail before I can do anything. You can't just tell me "do it cause its what I say to do" I'll look at you like you have eyes on your forehead or something.. .That shit doesn't cut it for me.

Your cals look good. Carbs I think depends on you alot.. I had to seriously get low on my three low carb days. ONLY veggies and it was around 50-60grams. On my high carb days I went up to about 110 give or take.
my biggest mistake was lack of fats IMO. My protein was sometimes 180-200g a day.
on my high days it went something like this.. (just dug it up in fitday)
1467/46(Fat)/93(carb)/170(protein)
Low day
1402/51(fat)/40(carb)/201(protein)
now it took me alot of playing around to figure out how my particular diet needed to be. I went up and down and played with ratio's etc. This just seemed to work for me.
And then I wen back and checked out some pics and realized how well it did work. I realized I cut some serious fat in 3 weeks. Ill have to post those up.
so listen to YOUR body. That is the only way you can fine tune it.![]()

drop the starches one by one to see if you can isolate the problem...as you will need at least ONE startch when you carb load.
also dropping the protien and carbs a bit will allow a snack of fat to help with hunger if need be

If the answer is no, try taking out the oats in the morning and replacing with sweet potato and see what happens, if that doesn't work try regular potato, if that doesn't work maybe rice cakes

Are you going to take any time off after this comp.? Maybe your body needs a rest. It could be over load on your mind preventing you from sleeping well and getting to sleep.
