Yeah probably!! It got up to a high of about 25 today!! Heat wave!! :rolleyes:

1 Omega 3/6/9 + Multi + Vits B & C

4:15pm - walked 3 blocks to the gym
Cardio
Treadmill: Warmup 5 mins walking; Alternate Run/Walk @ a 2:1 ratio for 20 mins + 5 cycles of run @ 6.6mph at a 6% incline
275 cals burned per HR monitor

Abs
Plank w/hands on ball, 1 foot off floor: 2x50 secs.
Side plank: 3x30 each side
Vups: 3x20
Did some posing practice.....think I have my T-walk song picked too ;)

PWO shake: 1 scoop RecoverX + 1/2 scoop Trop Punch PP + 1 tsp glutamine + 1 tsp gatorade + 2 scoops Xtend

Hey about your knees -- I find that if I put Yohimburn on my knees before working out, it helps the blood flow especially there and that keeps them limber during cardio sessions. I discovered that last summer when I was running -- try it out!

I personally hated putting Yohimburn on in the Winter b/c MAN ALIVE the wind just goes right through you -- but just on the knees or just applying it at the gym might help a little! Just an idea!

Thanks T-cake!! That's actually a good idea - I used the YES on my legs today too but didn't think of using it on my knee.....I'll try it next time....
