1 Omega 3/6/9 cap + Multi + Vits b & c

12:45pm
1 Diet Pepsi

3:00pm
4 oz chicken + 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash + 1/4 cup spag. sauce

1 Omega 3/6/9 cap + 3 caps gluc/chon/msm

4:15pm - Walked 3 blocks to the gym

Warmup: Pushups - 2x15; Lat/Front Raise Combo: 10lb DBs - 2x10 each
Seated DB Incline Curls: 15lb DBs - 2x20
Lunges holding 22.5lb DBs - 2x20 each leg
Incline DB Press: 22.5lb DBs - 2x20
Standing Calf Raises: 45lbs - 2x20
HS Iso Lateral High Row: 45lbs* - 2x20

Glute press: 70lbs - 1x12*, 1x15*

Tricep Ext on cable rack w/V-bar: 40lbs - 2x20

PWO Shake: 1 scoop RecoverX + 1/2 scoop Trop Punch PP + 1 tsp glutamine + 1 tsp gatorade + 2 scoops Xtend + 1 tsp Creatine

7:50pm
5 oz baked tilapia + 1/4 cup salsa
1.5 cups Pictsweet Summer veggies

2 levorex + 1 sesamax

**Water: 1 (8oz) bottle + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle green tea + 4 (20 oz) bottles water + 2/3 gallon

2 Antacids (for the calcium)

No not really......mainly squatting/crouching (ie to sit down) & walking down stairs......

How long has it been aggravated for? Just don't make it worse is all I'm saying if it is starting to become chronic nip it in the bud.
